Energy Management Talk for Automation and Information Technology Company

This was a 1 hour virtual talk that was arranged as part of a week to celebrate inclusiveness for this company and to provide some form of learning. I shared 3 distinctions about energy management to help people take ownership and action in this area. It is a topic much needed in this pandemic.

Energy Management is no so obvious management. You can see and measure time but you can’t see energy. It is certainly hard to measure unless you are intentional about it. Energy management is ultimately about sustainable performance and self-care.

This leadership workshop was the 8th training workshop since the partnership started in 2016. Am glad that the partnership continued to grow between the 2 companies. This leadership workshop was conducted for the leaders of the MNC’s South East Asia team as part of a retreat. The participants were from very diverse backgrounds and the strengths language helped to bridge the communication effectiveness between the leaders.

CliftonStrengths Coaches on a Team Building Retreat in Vietnam

CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Coaches flying from #Singapore to #Vietnam for a team building retreat. In this retreat, we have engaged an external leadership coach and consultant who will train us as a team and help us align our purpose and vision. This trip is also for the coaches to do some team building as we will have time to have some fun and bonding time in Vietnam as well. We also hope to go deeper into learning strengths as coaches. My personal goal is to use this trip to be rejuvenated, to be inspired again and to realigned my own personal calling to be a strengths coach and an entrepreneur.

#Singapore CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) #Leadership #Workshop for the Management Team of one of the Primary School in the eastern part of Singapore. The most enjoyable thing about the workshop was that the vice principal used to be my former Pastor when I was a teenager. She was the person who saw the potential in me and intentionally sowed into my life. It was such a joy to be able to now sow into the lives of the people she worked with. Through the input of the principal, we focused the session specifically on Team Strengths and how the whole Leadership team worked together. We also covered conflict management. The whole session went smoothly and overall feedback was very positive.
