StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) India (Mumbai) Workshop Program.

Even though I had conducted several Strengths workshops in India, this was the 1st time I was in Mumbai. Conducted workshops for 2 separate groups. Did the 1st workshop for a group of staff from an organization followed by another workshop for a group of young working adults. Stayed a total of 4 days in Mumbai and went to a few places as well. Very enjoyable time in Mumbai!

CliftonStrengths Workshop for Singapore Tourism Board

CliftonStrengths Singapore Workshop Program for STB Singapore Visitor Centre.

This was the 15th workshop for Singapore Tourism Board and we are super happy to continue impacting the different teams in this organization. Co-facilitated this StrengthsFinder workshop with fellow Gallup Certified Coach, Vivian Liang. Being new to the idea of strengths, the team took a little while to warm up but soon the walls came down. They became very excited to learn their strengths and was very engaged listening and interacting with each other.

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Workshop in Hanoi (Vietnam) - Johnson & Johnson

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Leadership Vietnam Hanoi Workshop Program for JnJ. This workshop was the 1st workshop I had conducted in Hanoi and I did it together with @coachmandylin. It was about 15 degrees and the weather was perfect in Hanoi. The participants were all locals and they were very hungry to learn and very participative. Energy level was high and there were lots of laughter. Hope to be able to come back to Hanoi for future workshops!

优势识别课程-广州中国- StrengthsFinder Workshop (Guangzhou, China) for Zebra Technologies

StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) China Guangzhou Workshop Program for one of Zebra Technologies regional team. This workshop was held in Science Park, Guangzhou and it was the first of the two workshops I’m conducting. This was my first time I did a workshop in Guangzhou, China. Participants were from China, Singapore and Malaysia and the workshop was conducted in English and Chinese. The team was hungry for learning and participation was very high. Lots of team members had the Analytical and Learner StrengthsFinder theme and there was lots of curiosity and questions. The most engaging activity seems to be our signature Strengths Art Wall™. Lots of great conversations and laughter came out of that! 10/10!

StrengthsFinder Workshop - Living Sanctuary Kindergarten

StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Workshop Program for Living Sanctuary Kindergarten. Was very glad for an opportunity to impact a group of teachers involved in early childhood education. I have seen with my own eyes and personally experienced through my own kids how great kindergarten teachers can truly impact the lives of children. Am personally glad that I can do my part to help these teachers from LSK discover more about their own strengths as well as impart some ideas about talent spotting in children. It was a very interactive workshop and a very enjoyable one to facilitate.

StrengthsFinder Leadership Workshop - Microsoft CELA

StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Leadership Workshop Program for one of Microsoft’s regional legal team. This workshop was held in one of the hotels on Sentosa island, Singapore. This was a first time I ran a workshop in Singapore but there was no Singaporean participant in the workshop. Instead the people were from Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Philippines, Hong Kong. It was a small intimate setting and gave me the opportunity to take the team into several deep discussions about the Strengths-based approach. I loved the tough questions and the intense discussion by the team of legal counsels. Workshop went extremely well and I had a 9.2 average feedback out of 10. Extremely satisfied!
