Research has shown that teams with a coaching culture produce more engaged employees and better performing team members compared to teams that do not. This workshop is a pilot leadership program for a particular MNC client of ours to start its strengths-based leadership coaching culture. At #Singapore #MSF running a #StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) #Career #Workshop #Program! This Strengths-Based Career Development Workshop program was part of a series of learning courses opened to sign up for the staff in the Ministry of Social and Family Development. We talked about the benefits of the Strengths-based approach as well as how StrengthsFinder can help people discover and understand their innate talents. Because of time constraints, the StrengthsFinder workshop was mainly designed to help people name and claim their top 5 StrengthsFinder themes. There were some good interaction between the participants who came from different departments. Overall, it was a session in which most participants feedback that it was very good but too short.

StrengthsFinder (#CliftonStrengths) Career Development Workshop Program Singapore
This CliftonStrengths career workshop was designed for a group of young working adults from Bethesda Pasir Ris Mission Church (non-profit). There were over 30 young adults. Some were still studying in university, some had just started work and some had been working for quite some time. The focus was on helping the individuals discover more of their own strengths, gain self awareness and understand how their strengths connect to their career. Many wanted to find out also how they can use their strengths to serve in the church as well. There were lots of great interaction during the career workshop. We had a combined session in the morning before breaking out into 2 groups in the afternoon. Fellow colleagues and Gallup Certified Coaches Tan Meiling and Madelia Thia, took one group while I took another. The break out sessions allowed us to focus on different objectives to better cater to the needs of the participants. One of the surprise highlights was that I met a teacher whom I coached two years back and she was one of the participants in the workshop. It felt good to reconnect again and she shared a bit what she had been doing and how she used her strengths as a teacher.

This Leadership workshop was for a the Management Regional team from Marriott International. There was some pressure that I faced to ensure the program preparation was precise and the delivery was top quality. In the end, the senior leader was very pleased with the outcome of the StrengthsFinder Leadership workshop and gave us a great feedback and a 10/10 score! The other leaders in the Management team were also very happy with the outcome. Once again, the partnership with Jason was great and the leadership workshop facilitation was a near perfect performance! It was an extremely enjoyable experience as we leverage on each other's strengths to deliver. Really enjoy how we intentionally bring the best out of each other.

StrengthsFinder TeamBuilding workshop held at ClarkeQuay, Singapore.
Using #CliftonStrengths assessment, the focus was on developing an awareness of the team strengths and how to leverage each other's strengths for greater partnerships and team productivity. This was a regional marketing team from a top property company based in Singapore. There were participants from Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. The director who put the StrengthsFinder Workshop together had previously used the StrengthsFinder tool in his previous company and saw great results. He recommended the workshop to the CMO as part of a team building and strategic planning retreat. For this CliftonStrengths team building workshop, it was a second partnership with Strengths coach Vivian Liang and she went one level up in her engagement with the participants. Looking forward to more workshops as our strengths really complement each other in the facilitation!

StrengthsFinder TeamBuilding workshop held in Changi Airport for Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
This Gallup StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Workshop focuses on helping each individual understand and apply their own strengths. The Team Leader who is new to the team, had done StrengthsFinder previously and wanted to use Strengths as a strategic way to build up the team. For this StrengthsFinder team building workshop, it was a first partnership with Strengths coach Vivian Liang and it was a joy to watch her use her Positivity & Adaptability talent themes to engage the participants. Felt very proud and happy just watching her in action! The idea of running a workshop at Changi Airport was also an experience to be remembered! Looking forward to having a good time with the family as Singaporeans celebrate the 52nd National Birthday!
