It was such a joy to facilitate this CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) team building workshop. I was challenged to be truly inclusive. There were participants who were visually impaired, hearing impaired and another one was in wheel chair. I have to re-design certain activities, change the pace, enrol support from the participants as I facilitate this workshop.

I am glad to be able to play a small part of contributing to a group of people whose work is to support, develop and empower communities in Singapore in the area of disability inclusion.

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Discovery Workshop Program - Technology Company

Ran a CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Discovery Workshop for a group of General Managers from a Singapore Technology Company. There were many divisions in this huge MNC and this leadership workshop had many GMs from different divisions coming together to gain greater self-awareness.

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Group Coaching - Motion For Impact

As a Team Coach at Motion For Impact, I look into not just the well-being but also the personal development of individuals in the team. Did a short group coaching session using CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) with the newcomers including some of our interns from Singapore Institute of Technology. There were some really deep sharing and it was an awesome time with the ladies at Motion!

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Managers Coaching Session - AIA

StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Managers Coaching Program for AIA.

This session was arranged as a follow up for leaders and managers in AIA who have gone through the Strengths Discovery workshop previously but interested to go deeper into specific application of CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) for managers. I shared the 7 core areas of follow up training for managers to help them understand the growth process. I had the privilege of bringing a group of managers through 1 of the 7 manager sessions as a pilot session. The 2 hours session focused on a specific application and we went deep into using a tool that I introduced. It was a customized tool designed for managers who can use the tool regardless of whether their team members have done the StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) assessment. A manager’s job is very tough and I loved the real and sincere questions asked. There were lots of risks taken as managers shared their struggles and I enjoyed the session tremendously!

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Workshop - Young Working Adults Singapore

Was invited to run a 3 hours CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) workshop for a small group of young working adults who got connected to each other through a local church setting in Singapore. The session was filled with laughter, energy and vibrancy. It was really fun. The young adults were so hungry to learn and to know how they can use their strengths for their personal relationships, their work and to serve in their church ministries. It is always encouraging for me to hear how others will want to live a purposeful life.
