Team Coaching (Strategic Leadership Retreat)- Motion

Summary:
This was a full day of leadership strategic session facilitated in a Team Coaching format. I facilitated a team check-in. I helped set up a team agreement. I offered some perspectives and facilitated some discussions. When different leaders facilitated, I observed the team dynamics and intervene when a shift was needed.

Overall experience was interesting as I did it from a role of an in-house team coach. It was a very different way of being as compared to being an external facilitator.

Summary:
This was a team coaching session delivered in my new role as an in-house team coach at Motion: For Impact. Session was held in the office in Singapore and done in December 2022.

Brought the team together to reflect on 2022 moments. The idea was to reflect on key moments of 2022 to draw out personal learnings for each person as part of professional growth and team development.

The team acknowledged the highlights and lowlights and drew out learnings. We ended with a time of gratitude to have closure.
