As a Team Coach at Motion For Impact, I look into not just the well-being but also the personal development of individuals in the team. Did a short group coaching session using CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) with the newcomers including some of our interns from Singapore Institute of Technology. There were some really deep sharing and it was an awesome time with the ladies at Motion!
CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Building Workshop Program - KL Malaysia for Finance Leaders
Flew from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for a CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFInder) Workshop for regional Finance Leaders from Havi Logistics.
I love what I saw - a group of finance people with a great diversity of strengths. This was my 1st overseas offsite workshop for 2023 and that added to my joy. I spent a day in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and enjoyed the session thoroughly. The group was bubbly and enthusiastic to learn. The Team Lead shared with great openness about her strengths and weaknesses. It was a memorable time for me. Hope to be able to conduct more of such sessions!

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Workshop - Motion For Impact
[What do I do as a team coach in Motion?]
Using Motion’s language, I help individuals and the team shift their “ways of being”. I help them see ways to engage with purpose and most importantly with CARE. When we do that, the results speak for itself. The team members trust each other. Clients trust us.
We ended this week learning strengths together. It was a dedicated time to stop and reflect, to listen and to know each other in a deeper way, to build respect and care.
The Motion team saw how the values and beliefs held in Motion: For Impact was deeply connected to Juliana Mattar’s strengths. As a team, we acknowledged her leadership and how she showed care.
Felt so energized after the session. I love being able to apply the different ontological coaching process into this space!

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Leadership Team Coaching - Partnerships and Collaboration
Had a fabulous time facilitating a team session and coaching a group of very established leaders using #cliftonstrengths (formerly known as StrengthsFinder). Many flew in from overseas so we had a chance to do the session in person rather than having a hybrid session.
The emotional and mood space of the team was perfect for learning. Many shared openly and vulnerably. Each person intentionally slowed down, listened to others and had time for personal reflection.
I had fun designing the short session, listening in and observing the dynamics. I deeply believe the insights and feedback generated through the session will bear fruit for many of these leaders.

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Workshop for Volunteers - CDAC
#volunteers gave of themselves towards a cause. They believing in giving to make a difference in the lives of others.
I’m glad that I could be given the opportunity to run a #cliftonstrengths workshop for 30 volunteers from #CDAC. It was arranged to appreciate the volunteers and with the aim of increasing their personal effectiveness.
I enjoyed the full day workshop last Sunday. I was genuinely surprised (in a good way) how the workshop created #intergenerational dialogues with the youngest at early twenties and the oldest participant in the late seventies. It was a very good mix of different generations represented.

CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Leadership Team Coaching - Collaboration
Ran a hybrid team coaching session for a team of regional leaders using #CliftonStrengths (formerly known as StrengthsFinder).
Did a one word check in at the start and words like “curious, excited, grateful” came up. The mood of the team was perfectly set up for learning and I believe the team’s mood contributed to me feeling strongly engaged as well.
We explored how to leverage strengths more effectively for collaboration. We also explored the shifts that are needed for a more intentional strengths based approach to leadership. It was great fun.
