CliftonStrengths Workshop for Families - April 2017

CliftonStrengths (Former StrengthsFinder) Parenting and StrengthsExplorer Children workshop at Scape Singapore.

Celebrated the Easter weekend by conducting a Strengths workshop for families from Hong Kong. There were separate sessions run concurrently for the parents and children before the families come together for a combined session. The parents workshop was focused on Strengths-based parenting (using the CliftonStrengths profiling) while the children workshop was more of a strengths discovery workshop (using the Strengths-Explorer tool). Seeing how the parents and children interact during the combined Strengths family session was amazing! The parents had opportunities to affirm the strengths of the children while the kids were able to share what they love about their strengths. It was so heartwarming. Definitely hope to have more of such sessions in the future!

StrengthsFinder Couple Workshop (Singapore) - April 2017

CliftonStrengths (Former StrengthsFinder) Couple Workshop in ChinaSquare, Singapore

It was a great evening for me personally. Among the participants, I had a couple of close friends who signed up for the course and it was nice to have them around. There were a few who were referred by couples who attended the previous session in February. So I'm thankful for the success of the last workshop and the publicity by word of mouth. Quite a few of the couples were really new to CliftonStrengths and it was great to be able to spread the strengths movement further in Singapore. A great way to end the week! Looking forward to the next session in June.

Gallup StrengthsFinder Leadership Student Workshop - Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Secondary School

#Singapore CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) #Workshop for student leaders from Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Secondary School at #Bishan. This CliftonStrengths workshop was part of a student leadership camp and we had the privilege to sharing with the students what Strengths Based Leadership means and look like. The session was also designed as Team Building in nature to help the students to grow in their relationship with one another. It was an enjoyable session, one in which I got to share my own personal leadership journey, how I became an #entrepreneur and started #StrengthsSchool. It was a great team effort as well. The team of Gallup Certified Singapore Coaches, Gideon, Amanda Joy Loh and Madelia Thia, did an excellent job in conducting the different sessions and coaching the students. The teachers were very satisfied with how the program was run.

Gallup StrengthsFinder Singapore Leadership workshop

Drove up from Singapore to Malacca for a CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Leadership workshop held for Nanyang Technological University of Singapore (NTU). This CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop was planned as part of a team planning retreat held in Malaysia. Had a wonderful time. My Activator and Communication love the 3 hours driving and chatting about Strengths alongside fellow Gallup Certified StrengthsFinder Coach Mandy Lin. We had time to talk about our past CliftonStrengths workshops and how we can do better. We coach one another by asking questions and helping each other be more self-aware. Felt there was great impact made on one another even before the workshop happen! Based on participants' feedback, there was also a very high level of participation and engagement in the workshop. That kept my Achiever happy! Of course, as many Singaporeans will identify, the simple joy of enjoying the curly fries from A&W made the trip sweeter. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience! I love what I do! #GivingThanks

#Gallup #StrengthsFinder #Leadership workshop for Singapore Tourism Board. This StrengthsFinder Leadership Workshop was a follow up session after the team from Cultural Precinct Division completed our level 1 module KNOWstrengths™ last year. So for this leadership workshop, the team covered level 2 module APPLYstrengths™ and level 3 module LEVERAGEstrengths™. It was great meeting and connecting back with this team from Singapore Tourism Board again. There was a very high level of participation and engagement. I had a great partnership with Madelia Thia, a fellow Gallup Certified StrengthsFinder Coach,  delivering and facilitating the workshop together.

CliftonStrengths (former Gallup StrengthsFinder) #workshop for one of Singapore Healthcare Groups. This StrengthsFinder Team Building Workshop was planned as part of a full day strategic planning program for all the staff. There were lots of interaction and laughter. It was nice watching the participants enjoying the different planned activities which were specially designed to build appreciation for one another. 💪🏼
