Summary:

This was another leadership development workshop facilitated by Victor Seet for a group of 36 emerging leaders from a petrolchemical company. The full day session was held in Singapore and this session was held in November 2024. Participants came from Singapore, Malaysia, India, China, Thailand and Indonesia. Participants left with greater self-awareness and had lots of coaching practice to help them with developing their team members.
